About PDCPDhub
PDCPDhub is a free set of calculators for PDCPD reaction injection molding, made by Inno Future PDCPD Molds.
Who we are
Inno Future is a PDCPD-RIM mold specialist in Yangzhou, China, with ten years of experience tooling large PDCPD panels for tractors, excavators, trucks and buses. Molds are designed in Siemens NX, built with long-term machining partners, and trialed in-house, about 20 sets a year.
The calculators on this site are the formulas we use every day in mold development. We publish them free, with no sign-up, so engineers can check a design quickly and see exactly how each number is worked out.
What we do
Free DFM review
Send a STEP file of a part in development and get a written review of draft, wall thickness, ribs, gate position, venting and parting line.
Mold design
Complete Siemens NX mold design delivered as native files or STEP, with 2D drawings for your machine shop.
Turnkey molds
Design, build, assembly and trial molding, shipped ready to run on your press with a written trial report.
